Our outdoor classes accommodate 4 to 8 participants. We provide a few outdoor location options to choose from. All workout equipment will be provided. Class length 75 to 90 minutes. Gather up your own group composing of friends, family and co-workers. Interac E-Transfer is available for as a payment option. Contact for details.
