Each session blends great music, fun energy, and a full‑body workout designed to keep you feeling strong and motivated. Six progressive classes in total, we’ll start gently and build up week by week so you can feel yourself getting fitter without the pressure. Every 1‑hour workout uses only dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own bodyweight — all while soaking up the fresh air and enjoying the outdoors.
