I had an amazing experience at Pasith’s outdoor class, he was very welcoming and accommodating. I really appreciated how he offered different variations of exercises, and everyone was free to pick which one they were most comfortable with.
I found Pasith to be patient and knowledgeable, not only about the mechanics of exercise and the body, but also the practical benefits of living with a healthy mind and spirit through slower movement. Learned some new skills, corrected form for safer and more effective movement, and had laughs during my Zoom sessions!
