With over a decade in the hospitality industry, followed by 20 years in IT, I’ve built a career rooted in service, care, and attention to detail. Rather than leaving those skills behind, I’ve carried them forward — always focused on providing thoughtful, reliable, and people-first support.
Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine. Now, entering my 50s, I’ve chosen to fully pursue that passion and help others achieve sustainable, functional health without gimmicks, pressure, or quick fixes.
My approach to fitness is minimalist, mindful, and intentional — focused on doing the right amount, in the right way, to support long-term results and enjoyment. I believe movement should feel purposeful, accessible, and integrated into everyday life.
