What to Expect from Our Personal Training Program
Our personal training includes customized take-home workouts designed to complement your in-session progress. Each session is tailored to your current fitness level, with a focus on gradual, sustainable improvement. As you grow stronger, each session will gently increase in challenge to help you continue progressing.
Here’s what you can expect:

A new take-home workout provided weekly

Minimal equipment needed (just dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises)

Every session starts with a warm-up and dynamic stretching to activate muscles and protect your joints

Sessions end with a calming cool-down and guided static stretches

Breath control coaching to support movement and recovery

Clear instruction on proper form and technique

Support in choosing the right resistance for each movement

Hands-on guidance to ensure you move with control, avoid injury, and get the most out of every session
Our coaching style is rooted in gentle encouragement. We use positive reinforcement to help you stay motivated, build confidence, and enjoy the journey toward your fitness goals.
