Personal Training

Our personal training sessions are tuned specifically for the participants current fitness level. Each session after will be progressive.

What we offer:

  1. Our workouts rely on minimal equipment and your own body weight.
  2. Every session begins with a thorough warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints. We also prioritize cooling down with stretches and gentle movements to aid in recovery and maintain flexibility.
  3. Coaching on how to breathe correctly with each movement.
  4. We guide you through each movement, emphasizing form and control to maximize benefits and prevent injuries.

Our training style is based on gentle encouragement. We believe in motivating you through positive reinforcement, helping you build confidence and stay committed to your fitness journey.

3 Day Split Workout

Our 6-week workout plan is designed for both beginners and intermediate fitness enthusiasts! We understand that not everyone has access to a gym or an array of fancy equipment, which is why this program is designed to be done in the comfort of your own home or any open space with minimal equipment. With just three days of commitment each week, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your fitness goals in a sustainable and manageable way.

Zoom Workout

Join us from the comfort of your own home and use the equipment you already have. You won’t need a lot of fancy gear or a gym membership to get in a great workout.

Our classes are designed to be accessible and inclusive, no matter your fitness level or experience. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and receive personalized guidance.

Our classes accommodate up to 4 participants. Scheduling is a collaborative effort, as it is determined by the availability of all participants. To ensure a smooth experience, we’ll send out a detailed equipment list prior to the class, enabling you to gather the necessary items.

Outdoor class

Come join our fun outdoor fitness session at a park near you! Our classes are designed to accommodate any fitness level, with modifications available to suit your needs.

All you need to bring is water and comfortable, loose clothing. We’ll take care of the rest, providing a safe and inclusive environment for you to get moving and have fun.
